How It Works

•       Selection: we work directly with manufacturers and trusted distributors, selecting authentic and in-demand products.

•       Logistics and cold chain: we organise transportation with temperature control for frozen and chilled products.

•       Customs and documentation: we handle import clearance and all accompanying paperwork.

•       Quality control and compliance: we check expiry dates, packaging integrity and label compliance with UK requirements (FSA).

•       Delivery: goods arrive at the warehouse and are then dispatched to the customer or partner.

Can't find your favourite product in the catalogue? We are happy to consider individual requests and source specific items, provided they meet safety requirements and can be legally imported into the United Kingdom.
