Business Ethics and Anti-Corruption

 

AMPY RESEARCH LTD (brand «Samokat») conducts business honestly, transparently and in compliance with UK legislation. This document describes the business ethics principles upheld by our company, employees and partners.

 

Zero Tolerance for Corruption

We fully comply with the UK Bribery Act 2010. Offering, giving, receiving or soliciting bribes in any form is prohibited, whether directly or through third parties. This rule applies to relationships with suppliers, clients, government bodies and partners.

 

Gifts and Hospitality

Business gifts and hospitality are only acceptable if they are reasonable and proportionate, not intended to influence a business decision, and do not violate the law. Cash gifts are prohibited.

 

Conflict of Interest

Employees and partners must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with the interests of the company, and must disclose any potential conflicts.

 

Combating Modern Slavery

We are committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and do not permit forced or child labour in our operations or supply chain. We expect the same from our suppliers.

 

Fair Competition and Compliance

We compete fairly and comply with consumer protection, food safety and data protection legislation.

 

Reporting Violations

Any facts or suspicions of violations of business ethics, corruption or unlawful activities can be reported confidentially to love@samokat.uk. We review all reports and do not tolerate retaliation for good-faith disclosures.
